The Human Greenhouse is based in Denmark and operates internationally. We attract leaders and change makers who care about their impact on the world, to enable them to find a more holistic and regenerative way of being – to BE the regeneration. The complex and challenging world we live in, calls for a different approach that strengthens our capacity to breathe more life into our spaces.
It is possible to live from a more resilient and balanced place that can sense and respond to the dynamic environment with inspiration from living systems - after all nature has 3.8 billion years of research and development we can learn from. This means there is much to learn and ancient wisdom to guide us.

Our Approach
At The Human Greenhouse we believe in living with intention and meaning, so we start by exploring your world to see what opportunities and challenges need attention. We explore values, behaviours, and beliefs and together we work to create clarity amid the complexity that can feel overwhelming. Our collaboration is an equal partnership where the focus is on strengthening your competencies, opportunities, and potential.
It is a creative and emergent process, and you will experience our approach as holistic and pragmatic. Our method includes asking a lot of questions – including the annoying ones, and to dive deeper to surface what is truly present. We use our extensive toolbox and work analytically and with intuition to help you stay intentional in your goals and to live aligned to your values.
The Human Greenhouse is based in Denmark and operates internationally. We collaborate with trusted partners or as we call them “fellow gardeners” in our network when projects require more diversity and resources for the best results.

Welcome and thank you for taking time to find out more about me and my work.
I am the founder of The Human Greenhouse. I have devoted my life to helping others develop and thrive in their business and community leadership roles. Born and raised in Denmark, I've lived and worked internationally for all my working life and been a global leader of diverse and complex teams.
